Yog is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Law. He joined Liverpool John Moores University from Derby Law School, University of Derby, where he was a lecturer in law. Yog's research is focused on the issues of sustainability, looking into how the law and regulatory frameworks can contribute to global sustainability and resilience around the built environment, food, etc. Yog is also interested in Intellectual Property and International Law, particularly looking at the operation of law and international treaties for developing and least-developed countries in the area of food and agriculture. He is currently working in legal research around global resilience, sustainability and responsible governance of science and technology from the perspective of international legal frameworks and human rights.

A distinguished professor in the Department of Language and Literature at Lebanese University, she is renowned for her extensive contributions to the field of language and literature. She has authored numerous books and articles that explore various aspects of Arabic literature, language theory, and cultural studies. In addition to her research and writing, Dr. Khalifeh is a dedicated educator, currently lecturing in her department, where she inspires students through her deep knowledge and passion for the subject. She also serves as an active member of the Branch Council at the university, contributing to academic and administrative decision-making within the institution.

She received her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics in 2020 from East Angelia University, UK. She has published in various journals such as SAGE Open and Language Related Research. Her research interests include positive psychology in SLA, computer-assisted language learning (CALL), the intersection of language and society, language acquisition, bilingualism, and computer-assisted language learning.
